Credits pay for generating. A pack costs 5, a new version of a scene 1, a Quick video 3 and an HD video 10. If a job fails, the credits come back automatically.
Do I need to pay to try it?
No. You get 10 free credits when you sign up, enough for 2 packs, with no card needed.
What photo works best?
One product, in focus and well lit, ideally at least 1500 pixels wide. The sharper your photo, the sharper the label.
Which sizes do I get?
2000×2000 for Amazon, 2048×2048 for Shopify, and 4:5 and 9:16 for social. Videos come in 9:16 or 1:1.
Can I change a scene I don't like?
Yes. Edit its description or pick another setting and generate it again.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account page. Credits you already have stay yours and never expire.
